Friday… our second favourite F word! But what a week it’s been, from unveiling the first of our new master suites to a mention in The Independent on Sunday, news of the refurb is travelling fast!

The hotel has lots of new touches for the coming season. As well as the breakfast room on the first floor, two new master suites have been designed in a style that you can expect to see rolled out across all the hotel rooms in the second phase of the refurb next summer. From vibrant walls and luxurious cowhide to the snug lounge area and freestanding tub, a master suite is the perfect haven to escape to after a long day on the mountain or a wild night in The Lounge.

After all that snow, the last week has thawed us all out with blue skies and warm temperatures but as of this weekend the lifts are open full time and you can ski every day in Verbier. We’ll see you on the slopes!

While the brand spanking new kitchen is getting fitted, Head Chef Ashley and her team have been creating a mouth watering selection of tapas dishes for the new Farinet menu. This week we got to sample some of the delights, we just don’t know how you’d pick from all the amazing small plates and sharing dishes you can choose from, you’ll want to try them all!

It’s 5 o’clock somewhere! Hendricks & Cucumber Mojito anyone? This twist on the classic will be on the new cocktail menu this season.
