Whether our guests are in the mood for tapas style cuisine in the Lounge or Brunch at the weekend, enjoy a wide range of culinary delights from the Farinet kitchen prepared by our passionate chefs. The Valais is famous for some excellent produce and therefore we try to source our ingredients locally where possible. Many of our cheeses come from Verbier’s very own Laiterie and our meats from our local butcher, Georgy Maret in Le Chable.
